Cold Chain Logistics Network Design for Fresh Agricultural Products with Government Subsidy

This paper investigates the cold chain logistics network design in first mile for fresh agricultural products with government subsidy, involving capacity, location of storage facilities, and transportation from production areas to facilities after harvest. A bi-level programming model is formulated considering quality degradation products. Based on proposition KKT conditions, a solution method designed reformulating into single-level model. Numerical experiments are conducted verify proposed Experimental results show that efficiently solves problem sensitivity analysis provides managerial insights decision-makers.
